THE APPLICATION MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE REQUESTED. All applications will be processed as soon as possible, however, if the information provided is not  complete, the permit may be delayed. PEOPLES SETTLEMENT ASSOCIATION reserves the right to refuse a permit if regulations and requirements are not met or if the facility requested is not suitable for the planned event. If the facility requested is not available, this application will be returned to you. NOTE: No person or group shall be excluded from participation, denied any benefits, or subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin in any facility or attraction. This is in full compliance with Title VI, of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964. PEOPLES SETTLEMENT ASSOCIATION does not and will not pay medical expenses nor assume any liability for any injuries or other damages suffered by participants in programs or events which it sponsors. All risk of injury must be assumed by the participants. The applicant also agrees to pay for any damages that may occur to our facility and or equipment.
