 Keith Lake is the Executive Director of the Peoples Settlment Association located in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Lake is a noted administrator and public policy expert on non-profit issues and has conducted several capital campaigns. Over the past 15 years he has held positions in the public/non-profit sector developing and managing programs that address major social concerns. Mr. Lake has lectured throughout the Delaware Valley region and has received numerous awards for his efforts. A native of Denton, Maryland, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salisbury State University, in Salisbury, Maryland and is currently an M.B.A. candidate.
